Who is
Samia Fields is the Founding Managing Partner of Aimas Consulting Group, LLC, which specializes in training and coaching businesses and entrepreneurs on how to access and manage debt-free income. An accomplished grant writer with over 15 years of experience writing proposals and implementing projects in the GA municipal and non-profit sectors, Samia also covers a broad range of issue areas, including project funding, budget and spending, auditing, government grants and contracts, proposal development, and policy regulations.
Her career began at a treatment center supporting women and mothers facing addiction and mental health challenges. In this role, she ensured that clients received comprehensive treatment and essential wrap-around services for successful recovery and reintegration into society.
Samia then transitioned to the government sector, where she served as a Grants Services Administrator for seven years. During this time, she specialized in securing funding for programs within the Juvenile Justice system, including treatment courts, educational services, mentoring initiatives, health and wellness programs, and job training.
Today, Samia leverages her expertise to assist small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and entrepreneurs in preparing, writing, and submitting compelling grant proposals. Driven by her belief that lasting community impact comes from addressing the root causes of social inequity with intention and compassion, Samia is dedicated to making grant funding accessible for organizations making a difference.
